Unfortunately, according to courier policies, parcels cannot be opened before payment. However, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy if you encounter any issues with your purchase.
10. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
